 - Week One -

Vegetables: 

*Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower w/ Caramelized Onion and Leek

*Sautéed Medley of Kale, Collards, and Swiss Chard

Grains & Starches: 

*Forbidden Black Rice w/ Caramelized Onion & Ginger

*Simple Roasted Purple Sweet Potatoes 

Salad: 

*Arugula & Mizuna blend w/ Marinated Onions, Pistachios & Goat Cheese

 

 - Week Two - 

Protein: 

*Easy Grilled Marjoram Chicken

Vegetables:  

*Roasted Tomatoes w/ Greek Oregano

*Charred Yellow, Orange & Red Bell Peppers

Grains & Starches: 

*Crunchy Quinoa Salad w/ Pumpkin Seeds & Paprika

*Oven Roasted Spagetti Squash drizzled w/ Olive Oil

Salad: 

*Summer Corn & Sprouted Mung Bean Salad w/ EVOO Vinaigrette 

 

 - Week Three - 

Protein: 

*Grilled Salmon filet w/ Sunflower Seed & Caper Tapenade

Vegetables:  

*Blackened Padrone Peppers w/ Sesame oil & Hot Chili Flakes 

*Roasted Eggplant & Zucchini w/ Garlic Chives

Grains & Starches: 

*Coconut Brown Rice w/ Brazed Lemongrass

*Sweet Potato Mash w/ Roasted Garlic

Salad: 

*Massaged Kale Salad w/ Currants & Pine Nuts
