Snowy Mountain Acro Adventure Round 2!

to Jan 18

Snowy Mountain Acro Adventure Round 2!

It’s that time of year again… Time for Snowy Mountain Acro Adventure Round 2!!!

Maybe the big El Nino will actually hit this year and we’ll have loads of snow to play in!  Or, maybe not, but snow or no snow, come join us in the Eastern Sierra for the MLK Holiday weekend filled with Acro play, hot springs, snow shoeing, sledding, ice skating on frozen Lakes, hiking, eating delicious food, and time to take in some stunningly beautiful mountain scenery.

Each day will include an AcroYoga session, the option to go on an outdoor excursion, and 3 nutritious chef prepared meals.

We will be staying at McGee Creek Lodge on Crowley Lake, 10 minutes south of famous Mammoth Mountain. This rustic wilderness lodge offers comfortable and cozy warm rooms with historic cabin styled decor. Pure natural mountain water serves the lodge which is nestled at the foot of the vast Eastern Sierra wilderness, John Muir hiking trails, and just minutes from the famous Mammoth ski slopes. McGee Creek Lodge is rich in historical tradition of the early West.

Check it out for yourself here: http://www.mcgeecreek.com/index.html

Cost for 3 Nights & 3.5 Days of Awesome:

Early Bird: Before December 18th: $450

After December 18th: $525

Whats included in the price:

**Lodging for 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun)

**All meals prepared on site by Chefs Gade & Witte (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners)

**Daily Group AcroYoga sessions & Thai Massage

**Outdoor excursions (hot springs, snow shoeing, hiking, sledding, ice skating) note: some gear rental may be a small additional charge

Not included:

**Transportation... We encourage and will help organize car-pooling. More details as the date approaches.

**Any alcoholic beverages you would like to enjoy... BYOB people

**Skiing and/or snowboarding on Mammoth Mountain... If you choose to take a day on the slopes, this will be on your own bill

**Other misc. gear rental for optional snowy activities

Worthy of noting, McGee Creek Lodge is (as we mentioned) 10 minutes south of Mammoth Mountain and about 30 minutes north of the town of Bishop. Mammoth is a world famous ski destination, and Bishop hosts the largest array of world class rock climbing in the country (arguably the world). If you are a climber or a skier/snowboarder, it might be worth taking an extra day to go explore these places. :)

Snowy Mountain Acro Adventure!!!

Looking for an opportunity to play in the snow this winter?? Come join us in the Eastern Sierra for a long weekend filled with Acro play, hot springs, snow shoeing, sledding, ice skating on frozen Lakes, hiking, eating delicious food, and time to take in some stunningly beautiful mountain scenery.

After January 1st: $435

Worthy of noting, McGee Creek Lodge is (as we mentioned) 10 minutes south of Mammoth Mountain and about 30 minutes north of the town of Bishop. Mammoth is a world famous ski destination, and Bishop hosts the largest array of world class rock climbing in the country (arguably the world). If you are a climber or a skier/snowboarder, it might be worth taking an extra day to go explore these places. :)

Join us for a fun and easy progression to learn to voice your unique self in acro movement! We'll teach some pretty entrances and exits into/from flying, and then break down the creative process to allow you to easily create your own masterpieces. Come on your own or with a partner.

Kathy has taken her Various AcroYoga performances (most notably “Beauty & the Beast” and “Angel”) from the Athletic PlayGround stage to Divine Play, from Wanderlust Tea House Stage to the Beaches of the Dominican Republic!!

Sarah is an ex-gymnast, screenwriter, and playwright who's performed at Divine Play, in numerous physical theater pieces and dance shows, has worked as a professional stage combat choreographer, and has created guerilla performances that include stilt-walking and fire-breathing.

Together, these burly girlies are passionate about showing you a great time using AcroYoga for creative expression!
